Searching records in HubSpot - quickly and easily
The HubSpot database is designed to provide complete transparency to all who are using it - allowing users to search for and access data and information quickly and easily.
There are two key methods to search HubSpot:-
- General search of the complete database
- Specific search of the "section" of the database you are in eg. "Contacts" or "Tickets" etc.
Filtering Information
HubSpot provides you with the capability to refine data and filter it so you are receiving only the information you are looking for. This functionality is again available in every section of HubSpot - eg. Companies, Contacts, Deals, Tickets, Reports etc.
