How do I Work in Deals?

This is a step by step instruction module on working in Deals - it is designed for the Sales and Engineering functions within the business.

Deals are a great way to follow the opportunities the company is working on. Most will begin with the Sales team and in the Sales Pipeline, and any that involve the Custom Solutions department will then be transferred across to the Custom Solutions pipelines at the appropriate stages.

Each Pipeline has its own stages that are specific to the process they are assisting. There are further training modules which follow this one that cover the details around using the Sales Pipeline and the two Custom Solutions Pipelines - CS Quotes and CS Orders.

Business Development Managers and Engineers will have access to all Pipelines and are able to update properties in individual Deals.

As with all CRM records, it is vital that all information input into HubSpot is accurate and up to date. If you notice incorrect information against a record, please take responsibility for the record and update it.
