Find me on:

Blanket ordering is an agreement between Swagelok Bristol and you (our customer) to deliver our products and our custom fabrications - small and larger builds. This article lets you know what we can offer to support your individual requirements.

Reduce Lead Time

In the simplest format blanket ordering allows us to hold stock specifically for you. We will pre-order your required components ensuring the lead times remain consistent. With Brexit and the potential issues in a supply chain, blanket ordering has never been more pertinent.

Stock Built to Order Products

If you repeat/batch manufacture aspects of your fluid systems, we can do this for you and stock the built components for a fast despatch time. Are you assembling the same tube and fittings consistently for your products? We part-build small assemblies as well as complete custom builds for our customers. We hold part-built stock so that you can quickly obtain part-assembled Swagelok products to suit.  Learn more here.

Ensure Availability

We undertake individual reviews of our customers accounts. Start a conversation with your account manager to ensure you are making the most of price-breaks when ordering product in volume. Reduce lead times by pre-ordering your requirements and ensure monthly call-offs are accurate.

Reduce Costs and Increase Purchasing Power

Quite simply a blanket order will reduce your costs by ensuring your ordering is consistent with our volume price breaks, we reduce the price the higher volume of product ordered.
