Do you need prior knowledge or experience before taking these modules?
In general no, our modules cater for beginners through to skilled technicians and can be combined into structured learning pathways.
The main exception is the inspection course which does require you to have knowledge of the Tube Fitting Installation Essentials course to allow you to have the background knowledge to build on.

Do you offer training recommendations based on my job role or skill level?
Yes. If you are working with Swagelok fittings, we generally recommend starting with the Tube Fitting Installation and Tube Bending Essentials course. This covers:

Safe and correct installation practices

Tube bending and routing techniques

Best practice for leak-tight, repeatable connections

Do your training courses include a certification of completion?
Yes. You'll receive a certificate of completion which lasts for 3 years.
How do I book a course or a combined training package?
You can book a course or a combined training package in two ways:

On our website: Use the 'Ready to book your space' button at the bottom of our course pages or alternatively click here to go straight to course booking our website.

Are there limits on class size or availability?
Class sizes and availability vary depending on the course. Please contact our training team at training@swagelokcentral.co.uk to confirm the minimum and maximum number of delegates for the course you’re interested in.

Do you offer on-site training at my facility?
Yes, we can provide on-site training courses at your facility. Courses are available for a minimum of 8 delegates and a maximum of 12 delegates.

What should I bring or prepare before attending?
You are not required to bring anything with you, however we will be using hand tools and would advise no open toed sandals to avoid accidents if anything is dropped.
If you have any dietary requirements or special considerations, please contact our training team at training@swagelokcentral.co.uk so we can ensure you are catered for during your course.
What payment methods do you accept?
If you have an account with Swagelok Central UK and have credit terms set up, we can accept a purchase order. Alternatively, we also accept BACS payment.
Can you tailor programmes for specific industries or applications
Yes, we can tailor our programmes to the needs and requirements of your systems and applications across multiple industries.

We also offer 'Lunch & Learn' sessions that can be customised to specific equipment or applications, providing a flexible introduction to key concepts.
Are the training courses accessible for different learning styles or needs?
Yes. If you have a specific learning style or requirement, please inform our training coordinator or technical trainer beforehand. They can adjust the content and delivery to suit your needs, ensuring a productive and inclusive learning experience.
