Why do our customers ask us to do this? 
Simple configurations are often easy for our customers workshops to produce however if they are producing a lot of pieces that are the same it can be really cost-effective to request us to assemble them before delivery.
Instead of ordering the components to do the job why not ask us to do the job for you. We then send out the assembled components for you - ensuring no wastage costs and the correct assembly.
Batch Repeat Manufacturing
In this image to the right - the customer was originally ordering the tube, fitting and assembling in-house. We now assemble these prior to delivery, the assembly comprises of a small section of bent tube with the correctly fitted tube fitting. You receive perfect production with no wastage costs. We hold these bespoke components as stock and you(the customer) will order as a monthly call-off order to suit your usage requirements.
Quantity Discounts
We forecast the yearly volumes with you. We supply to the monthly requirement and also leverage the quantity discounts against a full year's worth of purchasing. This means you receive the manufactured components at the lowest possible price whilst receiving and being invoiced only for the amount required each month. We can also manufacture the products in larger quantities reducing the labour time and these savings are also passed on to you.
Complexity of manufactured components
Complexity of the items can vary from the simple bent tube assemblies not limited to; grab sample panels, various fluid distribution cabinets/panels and pressure reduction panels. Components can be assembled with Swagelok tube fittings or orbitally welded.
Sample Panels/Gas Pods
We can also manufacture and stock various modular items, such as base builds and assemble them to your needs. If you change configuration we can part-assemble and adjust to each order - this means we can mitigate longer lead times by starting the assemblies and still be flexible with the build of a final panel.
3rd Party Items
We also complete builds with third party items, which means that you don’t need to worry about dealing with multiple different suppliers. We can correspond with metal fabricators, electrical wiring contractors and many others to provide a solution that best fits your needs. We aim to provide a simple “plug-and-play" solution from order to delivery including consolidating paperwork and reducing administration time.
High Purity Environment
We can part-assemble in our Class 6 Clean Room. We consider the individual requirements and the assemblies can be packaged in line with the level of cleanliness required.
